JobLINX © is a newly available workplace social skills program created to increase self-advocacy and employment longevity for individuals with autism and similar disabilities. JobLINX© provides individuals with crucial workplace social skills knowledge as well as a community of peer mentors and support.
- Weekly one-hour virtual classes led by highly qualified instructors
- Workplace social skills curriculum targeting skills necessary to retain employment
- Weekly one-hour virtual peer support meetings
- Pre- and post-program self-evaluations
- VR Counselors: 30 hours workplace readiness training and 10 hours self-advocacy instruction
