Job Linx© is a newly available workplace social skills program created to increase self-advocacy and employment longevity for individuals with autism and similar disabilities. Job Linx© provides individuals with crucial workplace social skills knowledge as well as a community of peer mentors and support.

 

  • Weekly one-hour virtual classes led by highly qualified instructors
  • Workplace social skills curriculum targeting skills necessary to retain employment
  • Weekly one-hour virtual peer support meetings
  • Pre- and post-program self-evaluations
  • VR Counselors: 30 hours workplace readiness training and 10 hours self-advocacy instruction
