Starting a learning pod or a homeschool group?

Let us support you with evidence based social skills expertise for pods of all ages.

Quarantine has caused social skills regression – now it’s time to refresh and relearn necessary interpersonal skills!

Our teacher will Zoom in with your pod to provide a 15-20 minute direct instruction lesson once a week. Then, you use the follow up activity we send to engage your pod and practice the new skills together at your site.

Sample topics include:

  • Joining and leaving conversations

  • Asking questions and making comments

  • Conversational filters

  • Joining in or asking someone to play

  • Personal space

  • Handling anger, frustration, criticism

  • Personal coping and emotional regulation awareness

Our teachers are master level educators or social workers with background and experience in teaching social skills to students with and without special needs (autism, ADD, anxiety).

Want more?  Let us provide parent and teacher training so you can be your pod’s social coach all week long!

Know to grow. Let’s do this together.

Hi there, my name is Chelsea! I received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work and my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. I have many years of experience in education and childhood development. After my undergraduate internship at Texas Children's Autism Center, I gained an appreciation for the autism community and found the value of social skills training. My internship experience involved leading and teaching social skills groups of all ages, diverse needs and abilities. I have since continued teaching social skills to children as well as young adults. I love my work and greatly enjoy getting to know my students and their families!
